Q. How do I redeem my voucher?

Easy! Once you've purchased the voucher from our website, visit the ETS website to register and pay for the test using the voucher you bought.

You will also be able to select when and where you want to take the test.

Q. After payment, how long will it take to receive the voucher code?

Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email within 24 hours with your voucher code.

Q. What will I do if I did not receive the confirmation email or SMS with the voucher code?

If you have not received the confirmation email, please first check your spam or junk folder, as these emails may sometimes be caught in your email’s filter.

If it is not in your spam/junk folder, contact us here and we will respond within 24-48 hours.

Q. I have the voucher code. How do I book the test?
